What is Configure?
Configure is infrastructure for connecting agents, apps, and chats. It gives AI products access to context users approve through an API, MCP, or tool call.
What does Configure store?
Identity, preferences, connected app state, summaries, and per-agent memories. Complete conversation transcripts are not stored.
Can agents read each other's memories?
Only with user approval. Agents always write to their own namespace.
Can I use Configure before a user verifies their phone?
Yes. External user IDs get developer-scoped profiles until the user links identity.
Where do API keys belong?
